1. System Access and Use

The System is accessible through the Provider's website or designated application. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary equipment, software, and internet connectivity required to access and use the System.

1.2 Account Creation

To use the System, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials confidential.

1.3 Authorized Use

You may only use the System for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the System in a manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.



2. System Functionality

2.1 Features

The System provides various features and functionalities related to restaurant management, which may include but are not limited to order management, table reservations, inventory management, reporting, and customer relationship management.

2.2 Availability

While the Provider strives to ensure the continuous availability of the System, there may be instances of temporary unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to minimize any such disruptions.



3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

The System and all its content, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System for your restaurant management purposes.



4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1 Data Collection

The Provider may collect and process personal and non-personal information from you as part of your use of the System. The Provider's data collection and processing practices are governed by its Privacy Policy, which you should review.

4.2 Security

The Provider will implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.



5. Payments

5.1 Fees

The use of the System may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated to you. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

5.2 Payment Processing

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider and its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the System.



7. Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.



8. Modification:

a. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
b. The User will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions, and continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.



9. Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of US.
